Farhan Akhtar Would Like To Work With Salman Khan?

Bollywood actor-producer Farhan Akhtar says that he is keen to work with superstar Salman Khan. Salman had once made a statement that Farhan Akhtar does not want to work with him. On the other hand, it was earlier reported that Farhan Akhtar had approached Salman Khan for two films but the latter did not show any interest. When asked whether he would like to work with Salman, Farhan said, "I have approached him in the past, so I think, that in itself is an indication that I would like to at some point give him the material that I think is appropriate for him."      

Farhan also mentioned that he cannot tell whether they will work together or not. He said, "As I said, I felt it's (script) right for him, but he didn't feel that it's right for him. So, would I like to work with him? Yes, but given the right nature of the film. Whether we will, who knows?" Farhan Akhtar's father Javed Akhtar and Salman's father Salim Khan had a legendary partnership and this was followed by a huge fallout. Since then, the duo never worked together. We wonder if this is what that's stopping Salman from working with Farhan. Is the past rivalry continuing in their children's generation too?
